Don’t worry, resetting your PIN is fast and easy. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Select “Forgot PIN”
  2. You will be prompted to answer your secret question
  3. Once answered, you will be prompted to set your new PIN

For your security, you will be required to call the customer service 800eWallet where they will have to first validate that you are the owner of the eWallet before they send you a 4 digit One time Password to reset your secret question.

Once you renew your visa and get your new EID, open the app and select renew KYC option in the menu to upload your new EID as instructed. Physical visit not required.
